Next Day Laser is the rush arm of Hurstbourne Forge — a working metal fabrication shop in Andover. When a part has to be cut today and on the van tonight, this is the service that does it.
Born out of a real fab shop
Next Day Laser isn't a website that subcontracts your job out. It runs on the same CNC fibre laser and the same shop floor as Hurstbourne Forge, our established Andover metalworks. We built it because breakdowns and deadlines don't wait for a standard lead time — and because we had the machine, the material and the people to turn work around fast.
The result: order before 9am for same-day dispatch and next-day delivery, or same-day collection in Andover. One-offs, replacement parts, prototypes or short runs — no minimum order.
What we cut
A wide range from stock — or cut from your own supplied material.
Mild steel
CR4 and S275 up to 20mm, the workhorse for brackets, plates and structural parts.
Stainless steel
304 and 316 up to 20mm for food, marine and hygienic applications.
Aluminium
1050, 5251 and 5083 up to 15mm — light, corrosion-resistant parts.
Brass
CZ108 up to 10mm for decorative and electrical work.
Who we cut for
Maintenance teams with a line down, engineers up against a deadline, prototype shops mid-iteration, and anyone who needs a few good parts faster than a normal supplier can manage. Every job is still reviewed by a real engineer before it's cut — fast doesn't mean careless.
