CNC fibre laser cutting
Our fibre laser cuts mild and stainless steel up to 20mm, aluminium up to 15mm and brass up to 10mm, with a maximum part size of 2995×1495mm. It drives straight from your DXF or DWG for a clean, tight cut with crisp small features and repeatable hole positions — ideal for replacement parts, prototypes and short runs.
No minimum order. We hold a wide range of material in stock so we can turn most jobs around quickly — order before 9am and it ships the same day.

Sheet laser cutting
Profiles, holes and slots in mild steel, stainless, aluminium and brass, up to 20mm and 2995×1495mm, cut straight from your CAD.
Tube & section cutting
Round tube, box and angle section cut to length with profiled ends and holes — ready to weld into frames. Ask about your section.
Folding & forming
Press-brake folding of laser-cut blanks into brackets, boxes, trays and panels, with flat patterns developed from your part.
MIG & TIG welding
Welding and sub-assembly in steel, stainless and aluminium — a single seam or a fully fabricated assembly.
Deburring & finishing
Edges deburred and linished so parts are safe to handle and ready to coat or assemble straight away.
Powder coating
A full powder-coat line for mild steel and aluminium, a huge RAL range, plus surface graining for stainless.
Fast, and finished
Because the cutting laser and the fabrication shop share one floor, your job doesn't bounce between sub-contractors and lose days in transit. We cut, fold, weld, deburr and coat in-house through our sister workshop Hurstbourne Forge — which is exactly how we keep rush jobs on schedule.
