Turnaround & delivery
This is what next-day means. Order before 9am on a working day and we cut and dispatch the same day for next-working-day UK delivery — or collect from Andover the same afternoon.
How next-day works
Three steps, with the clock built in.
Order before 9am
Upload your drawing and approve the price before the 9am cut-off on a working day. DXF or DWG are quickest as we can cut straight from them.
Cut the same day
An engineer reviews your file, we nest it and cut it that day on the fibre laser — provided the material's in stock and the job's a flat cut.
Dispatched same day
Your parts ship the same day for next-working-day delivery, or you collect from Andover the same afternoon.
Lead times at a glance
Indicative only — your committed turnaround is confirmed with your firm quote and depends on material stock and current workload.
| Job type | If ordered before 9am | Typical |
|---|---|---|
| Flat cut part, stock material | Cut & dispatched same day | Next working day |
| Collection in Andover | Ready to collect same day | Same afternoon |
| With folding | Cut, then folded | +1 working day |
| With welding / assembly | Cut, then fabricated | +1–2 working days |
| With powder coating | Cut, finished, then coated | +2–3 working days |
| Special-order material | Sourced, then cut | By confirmation |
Collect or we deliver
Local? Collect from Unit 4 Brunel Gate, West Portway, Andover, by arrangement — often the same afternoon you ordered. Further afield, we dispatch nationwide by courier, packed to arrive undamaged, with carriage quoted on the size and weight of the job and added to your firm price.
Bank holidays and weekends fall outside the cut-off — the countdown above always points at the next working-day deadline.

Beat the cut-off
Upload your drawing for an instant price and we'll confirm the firm price, the turnaround and the carriage together — order before 9am for same-day dispatch.
